Welcome fellow anime/manga nerds! or if you aren’t a fan and are just browsing out of boredom and interest, welcome as well! My name is Bridget, and I’m 23 years old!

My journey as an anime fan started when I was 13 years old and a friend introduced me to Fullmetal Alchemist (2003). I feel I’ve gone through a lot of phases since then but one thing that has stayed consistent is my passion for this medium. When I started university I especially began to dive deep into the world of anime and manga as I was searching for more hobbies to do in my spare time. That’s when this blog came around! I started putting my thoughts and feelings about my favorite series into writing! Now I partake in yearly challenges and host anime-related events on the website Kitsu (you can find me as Kuroonuma on there!) as well as post reviews on Twitter! I enjoy all genres but especially mahou shoujo, dramas, romance, and slice of life. My favorite directors are Kunihiko Ikuhara, Junichi Satou, and Satoshi Kon, and my favorite studios Kyoto Animation and Studio Shaft.
